The good news is Massachusetts does't make the list. We are faring better than a lot of other parts of the country. The average sale price for sold homes in MA last year was $376,145. This avergae puts sellers at less risk for negative equity by default. Inventory is VERY low right now in Massachusetts, it is time to list your home to take advantage of ALL the buyers out there!
