In short, Sandi did an amazing job selling our small ranch home in Shrewsbury (on market for 2 weeks!) for a very reasonable price and market appropriate from what we could tell. Additionally, she went above our expectations, as she met with multiple contractors for work we needed done (we had  already moved away) to the house prior to closing. She knew the area, and who could do the work at a reasonable price. The work was completed promptly and to everyone's satisfaction. I'm not sure when she sleeps, but she was always quick to return emails/texts. If we move back to the area, I already know who we'll go to for our real estate agent, and would highly recommend her services for getting a home on the market, looking great, and sold for a great price.

Michelle was amazing to work with! She first gave me pointers on what I should do to get my house ready to put on the market. She knew so much about the market and the area and provided much insight into the entire process. Michelle is professional, knowledgeable, patient and very kind.
