In contrast, we are currently purchasing a house in a different location and we had to use a different buyer agent local to the new area. After going through this process, my wife and I were able to see just how lucky we were to have Michelle with us in our first two transactions. The agent we used for this new purchase never described the purchase process, and all she really ever asked at every house we visited was "how old is the roof?" The negotiating process was miserable, and she even did some sketchy stuff that almost made the deal fall apart. All documents were sent to us in the form of a scanned JPEG picture image, so printing and signing was difficult. Phone contact was even more painful and we were lucky if we got a return call the next day. The only reason we continued to use her was that we knew enough about the process after working with Michelle that we could pretty much get by without her at that point.

Sandi was such a pleasure to work with. She took the time to explain the process and was supportive throughout. Our house had a few issues that extended the timeline and Sandi was so calm and helpful throughout. She helped coordinate with right people to solve our well issues making a stressful problem easier to deal with. I couldn’t say enough good things about Sandi. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.
